Our hotel is a 100% smoke-free facility. Smoking is not allowed in any area of the hotel including guest rooms and public areas. This includes the use of vaporizers, electronic cigarettes, marijuana, tobacco and smokeless tobacco. A $200.00 cleaning fee will be applied if this policy is violated.
Smoking outside on our property is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.
It may be difficult to leave your pets behind. However, to respect the needs of all our Guests, we are a Pet Free hotel. We will be happy to assist you in making any arrangements that you may need to find temporary home for your pet during your stay. Service Animals are always welcome.
We are located on the corner of Paris Street and Ramsey Lake Road. We are adjacent to Sudbury Health Sciences North which you can walk to. Across the street is Science North and Laurentian University is located only 5 minutes away. The Airport is located 40 minutes away.
Our property does not have an elevator. We are only a two storey building, from the ground floor there are a total 15 stairs to access the second floor.
A hot breakfast is included with every room. We also have a lending library located in the Pauza Den, access to the Business Center, use of the Guest Kitchenette. Wireless Internet Access is free with every room.
Yes. We have many rooms located on the first floor. Handicap Equipment is available upon request at no extra fee.
No. However, our kitchen prepares daily an assortment of freshly made items available for purchase in the Pantry. Such items include sandwiches, salads, healthy snacks, baked goods and other fare. The Pantry is conveniently located beside the front desk and is open 24 Hours a day.
Yes. Our coin operated Guest Laundry room is open from 9 am – 9 pm. Valet laundry is also available from Monday to Friday.

The safety of our Guests, staff, and property is extremely important to us. Except for the appliances that the hotel provides, preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. A minimum fee of $200.00 will be charged for cooking in a room, including, but not limited to crock pots, hot plates, toaster ovens, water heaters, rice cookers, combustible, open flame, barbecue grill, burners, heating appliance, or any other item intended for cooking. Open fires, flames or cooking grills, either charcoal or gas, and fireworks are not allowed anywhere on hotel property. Our Guest Kitchenette located off the main lobby is available 24 hours for all registered guests to use and provides a microwave, toaster and toaster oven.
