As the Province begins to ease restrictions, we want you to know that we remain as committed and diligent as always to your safety and that of our Employees. We are taking the situation with respect to the Coronavirus very seriously by adding additional measures to ensure that our cleaning and hygiene protocols are even more thorough.
We review our Policies and Procedures regularly and will update this page regularly with the latest information.
We recommend that you refer to the Sudbury Public Health Website at www.phsd.ca for the latest updates on closures, etc.. We also recommend that you refer to Health Sciences North at www.hsnsudbury.ca for restrictions on family visit, screening requirements and other up to date policy changes.
Safe Travels Stamp

Extensive cleaning and disinfection is being done daily with special attention given to high touch areas.
Hand Sanitizer has been provided throughout the Hotel at various high traffic areas. We ask Guests to use the hand sanitizer whenever they are entering the building.
At the Front Desk we will be limiting our staff’s contact with Guests. We ask Guests to pay by credit card, and to always recognize the social distancing rules. You will notice that we are sanitizing after every use, the pin pads, the pens, Key cards, and all high touch areas
Housekeeping staff are continually being trained and briefed on updated cleaning and hygiene protocols as well as taking all the necessary precautions to keep themselves and you safe.
In view of the recent increase in COVID-19 cases in Ontario, for the safety of both Guests and our Staff we have revised our Housekeeping policies for in-house Guests. While you are staying with us, Daily Housekeeping service will be limited unless otherwise requested.
We thank our Guests for their cooperation at this time. Our joint efforts will make a difference in keeping everyone safe.
Guest Room Amenities
You will notice extensive cleaning and disinfection is being done daily with special attention given to high touch areas.
For your safety, we have removed some items from Guest rooms such as pens, note paper, tea bags, and the Guest Directory. All of these items are still available for you by request at the Front Desk.
We continue to maintain our high quality standard and variety of breakfast items. For your safety and convenience, Breakfast is prepared as a To-Go item for Guests to enjoy in their room or on the road.
Breakfast is available for pick up at the Front Desk Daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Pauza Den & Business Centre
We ask Guests to let the Staff at the Front Desk know that you would like to require access to these rooms.
Only One Guest will be allowed to enter at a time. We ask Guests use the Hand Sanitizer provided before entering the room.
Once the room has been properly sanitized another Guest will be allowed in.
The safety and well-being of our Guests and our Employees is our number one priority.
Cutlery, plates and napkins have been removed for safety. Should you require these items during your stay, they can be picked up at the Front Desk.
Please observe Social Distancing rules should you be waiting in line to use the Kitchenette.
This area is sanitized after each Guest use. We ask that Guests please let the staff know at the Front Desk when finished so that they may properly prepare it for the next Guest.
Guests are asked to let the Staff at the Front Desk know they need access to the Laundry Room.
Only One Guest at a time will be allowed to use the Laundry room at any given time. The door is to be closed even if the machines are running.
When a Guest has completed their laundry, they are asked to let the Staff at the Front Desk know, so that the room may be properly sanitized in preperation for the next Guest.
